  • Encoding, making, maintaining of production forms and documents.

  • Production Process and Productivity Improvements.
  • Support in preparing document for Customized/modified parts & engineering standards (ECO)
  • Coordinate sectional concerns/issues, and activity regarding production & Safety Matters.
  • Monitor the process cycle time and production efficiency.
  • Promote Kaizen and Costdown activities in the factory.
  • Monitoring of Production output & Manpower attendance and overtime.
  • Implement company rules & policies. (Company Rules and Regulations, Safety, Productivity Requirements, 5S & Kaizen)
  • Ensure proper utilization of machine and equipment.
  • Planning and Designing equipment layout
  • Issue process standard to Production and Warranty & QA personnel and ensure that it is being to production area as basis/guidelines for process control.
  • Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Generate, Revise, and update Quality Control Process Chart, Work Instruction, Visual Standard Specs.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year experience as process engineer or Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing firm.
  • Has conducted Time and Motion Study from previous company.
  • Requires strong planning, analytical, and communications skills. Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).
  • Willing to be assigned at Carmona, Cavite.
