Position Overview

The Salesperson / Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll be the face of Golfx — building partnerships, managing memberships, closing events, and achieving monthly sales targets through proactive selling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, members, and corporate partners.
  • Close corporate and private event bookings and manage end-to-end client coordination.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the Golfx customer base.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and client records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for golf, sports, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
