JOB SUMMARY:

We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead on-site testing of new and existing equipment, analyze outcomes, and refine designs for optimal performance. You'll investigate equipment failures, diagnose issues, and implement improvements while ensuring all designs and processes comply with relevant codes and regulations. Prepare CAD/manual technical drawings and certification documents—such as Load Test and Safe Operating Condition certificates—and, as a licensed engineer, sign and seal all plans and certificates, maintaining integrity, accuracy, and legal compliance in every deliverable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)

  • Registered/Licensed with valid PRC license

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and oral

  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to work in dynamic field environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and resourceful

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This involves creating and conducting tests on New Installed or present Equipment on site,
    analyzing results, and making necessary design modifications to optimize performance and
    ensure functionality.

  • Mechanical engineers investigate equipment failures, diagnose problems, and develop
    solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.

  • Ensure that designs and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Qualified individual authorized to sign and seal mechanical plans.

  • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the mechanical designs they prepare and seal.

  • PMEs ensure that all mechanical engineering work complies with relevant laws, codes, and
    standards

  • Ability to produce certification/Draft Plan drawing for technical drawings and designs using
    manual or computer-aided drafting (CAD) techniques

  • Ability to Produce certificate of safe operating condition and Load Testing

  • Ability to Produce Certificate originally signed and sealed by Professional Mechanical
