Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any IT-related course
  • Has a clear understanding of Agile Delivery Process
  • Has knowledge in business analysis or project management
  • Has understanding with insurance and claims-related products
  • Has dealt with managing multi-cultural teams with different segmentations
  • Taken up ITIL v4 and Agile / Lean / Scrum pieces of training
  • PSPO I / CSPO (to certify within the organization)
  • BABOK
  • SBOK
  • PMBOK
  • Has spearheaded implementations between small to medium projects independently or with a team
  • Has a proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Has spearheaded large-scale projects independently or with a team

Responsibilities:

  • Curate structured plans for how changes in software rollouts, process overhauls or organizational restructures will be introduced.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with all affected teams and stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate training sessions, create user guides, or set up support channels to help users adopt new tools or workflows.
  • Analyze how proposed changes will affect different teams, systems, or operations, and help mitigate any negative impact.
  • Track how well changes are being adopted, collect feedback, and make adjustments if needed.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, HR, and leadership to align change initiatives with business goals and tech capabilities.
