General Description

The Pricing Operations Associate (SAP) will support sales and internal teams by processing and validating vendor pass-through special pricing programs. The role focuses on bid loading, managing vendor debits, and ensuring accurate pricing setup in SAP. It involves high-volume transaction handling, attention to detail, and direct coordination with internal teams through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate special pricing requests in SAP.
  • Support sales teams in bid loading activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with vendor programs.
  • Manage vendor debits and related accounting entries.
  • Handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails to provide information and resolve standard requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support compliance and audits.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in pricing operations, bid loading, accounting operations, or vendor management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
