What You'll Do
Edamama is looking for a Community & KOL Associate to drive and execute our influencer and community engagement strategy. You will play a key role in identifying, building relationships, and activating influencers (from nano to mega) across various campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. You will also lead community engagement efforts, particularly through edamama Circle and edamama Facebook Groups, ensuring a highly engaged and loyal community.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with edamamas brand across campaigns, expos, offline stores, private labels, and exclusive projects.
- Negotiate terms, expectations, and fees for paid collaborations and x-deals.
- Execute monthly product seeding campaigns for edamama and itaprivate label brands
- Propose fresh ideas and strategies to amplify influencer activations for new and repeat users; optimize reach, engagement, and cost efficiencies
- Create content briefs and guidelines to ensure influencer-generated content aligns with the brands messaging and image.
- Manage community administratio and influencer communication throughout campaigns, promptly addressing concerns.
- Own the growth, recruitment, and engagement of edamama Circle, sustaining strong relationships with members.
- Manage the Facebook Group and assist Circle Mamas with concerns, including order fulfillment in coordination with CS.
- Develop and execute community engagement initiatives, including a calendar of activities and incentive programs for our community members
- Create post-mortem reports for influencer campaigns and events.
- Share ownership of key influencer activations such as Site-wide sales, Brand Days, and Launches with teammates.
- Monitor competitor influencer activities and provide actionable insights and defensive strategies.
- Management of the Affiliate Marketing Program (owned and TikTok) and develop strategies to recruit affiliates and increase sales.
- Assist in influencer and press-related events, including expos, product launches, and store openings.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years experience in influencer marketing, community management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for managing influencers.
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance and propose optimizations.
- Passion for building relationships and engaging communities.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Makati
