You'll MakeJoin Lam as an IT Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of designing, analyzing, and implementing applications and systems that form the foundation of our infrastructure. As a crucial member of our IT team, you'll contribute your technical assistance and guidance to projects for various systems and infrastructures. Acting as a technical liaison, you'll address complex business problems with automated systems solutions.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving Lam's commitment to innovation and efficiency. In this role, you will directly contribute to the success of the Collaboration team, performing support for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform, as well as low-code/no-code solutions. What

You'll DoProvide L3 support for SharePoint, SIP, and other Collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, Forms, etc.). Evangelize Collaboration tools and provide users information on best practices with participation in the Collaboration Center of Excellence. Experience working on a SharePoint migration project (on prem to SharePoint Online)Translate and document business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, diagrams to solve significant or unique business problems.

Perform and lead hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development in support of current and new projects for SharePoint and Power AutomateMaintain and develop solutions with the Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Communicate and support Business Unit requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Who

We're Looking ForMinimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.12+ years of related experience in SharePoint3 years of experience in Power AutomateSkilled in analytical techniques and practices to support problem solving. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, for various levels and audiences in EnglishPreferred QualificationsProject management knowledge or experience is beneficial. PMP certification is a plus.

'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
