  1. Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. 2. Handle tasks according to the requirements of the purchase order and related processes, including demand checking, inquiries, PO signing, and delivery tracking. 3. Use the ERP (Kingdee) system to create POs, receipts, transfers, and other related document operations. 4. Handle international shipments, including sending, receiving, and obtaining regulatory permits, and coordinate with brokers for customs clearance. 5. Monitor and control procurement costs, aiming for cost savings and efficiency. 6. Monitor supplier performance and product/service quality to ensure adherence to standards. 7. Work closely with internal departments, such as finance, operations, and asset teams, to coordinate procurement activities. 8. Be familiar with retail IT operations and maintenance, including equipment and accessories. Knowledge of supplier resources is preferred.

Excellent negotiation skills and effective communication abilities. 4. Familiarity with the supply chain procurement process and proficiency in goal-oriented problem-solving. 5. Strong sense of time management and urgency, with the ability and determination to ensure timely delivery. 6. Attention to detail and ACT (Accurate, Complete and Timely) principle. 7. Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement. 8. Responsible, patient, able to work under pressure, and possess team spirit

. Relevant experience in procurement or a related field. 10. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee) and procurement software is preferred.
