We are seeking a talented and passionate
Creative Design Expert
to join our Creative Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic designs and motion graphics animations that align with our brand standards and project requirements. You will lead the creation of visual content for various platforms, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure consistency across all deliverables. If you have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in both static and dynamic visual design and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.

Your Role

• Develop compelling visual assets, including static graphics and motion graphics animations, for diverse platforms such as digital, print, and multimedia presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate project briefs into creative concepts that effectively communicate the intended message while maintaining brand integrity.
• Utilize design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, etc.) to produce polished visuals. Present design ideas clearly to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Work closely with branding experts and other team members to ensure cohesive and innovative outputs that meet project goals.
• Ensure all visual content strictly adheres to brand guidelines, style standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Organize and maintain all design files and motion graphics assets for easy access and future reference.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends and motion graphics techniques to bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to projects.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and creative work
• Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics animation with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas visually.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience working in a Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Shared Services environment is a plus.
• Experience with 3D animation or other advanced motion graphics techniques.
• Knowledge of video editing and sound design.
• Experience working with branding guidelines and corporate identity standards.
