JOB SUMMARY AND KEY JOB RESULTS

The Property Custodian II is primarily responsible for monitoring all existing properties of the Hospital and issuance of assets to end users.

Key job results include assets received and released conform with the specification, accurate and updated asset and gas tanks records that are useful reports for management purposes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts physical counts of medical gasses, department equipment, and other equipment
  • Receives deliveries of new acquired assets and donation with approved documents
  • Receives surrendered equipment of other property for safe keeping or disposal
  • Prepares receiving reports, equipment ledgers, gate pass, and monthly reports of equipment.
  • Assist bidding for scrap sales with approved quotation.
  • Checks and maintains the cleanliness of garage area
  • Performs other function assigned by superior.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification

· College Degree preferably BS Commerce major in Accounting or any business course

Experience

· At least 1 year experience in any related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
