Molding Operator

Responsibilities:
- Support molding production operations to achieve set line targets.
- Ensure quality awareness and adherence to visual inspection standards.
- Operate molding machines and minor equipment; perform basic troubleshooting and machine setup as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with safety protocols.
- Read, understand, and follow Work Instructions accurately.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, comparing them to specifications and identifying defects.
- Maintain accurate records, production data, and logs.
- Use measuring equipment and perform basic measurements.
- Interpret and read product drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the superior with openness and flexibility.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in plastic molding operations.
- Knowledgeable in molding criteria and visual inspection standards.
- Familiarity with measuring equipment and basic measurement techniques.
- Experience in machine setup and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with molding machines (e.g., Fanuc) and plastic injection processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality and safety.
