Performs molding machine operations, inspects the molded components visually, and performs repetitive tasks to produce and assemble the components.
Job Requirements- Ensure quality awareness and adherence to standards throughout the production process.
- Operate minor machinery and equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Read, understand, and follow Work Instructions accurately.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, comparing them to specifications and identifying defects.
- Maintain accurate records, operational data, and production logs.
- Use basic measurement equipment and perform standard measurements.
- Interpret and read basic product drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate openness and willingness to perform tasks as assigned by the superior.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in plastic molding operations.
- Knowledgeable in molding criteria, particularly in visual inspection standards.
- Familiarity with measuring equipment and basic measurement techniques.
