Summary of Role You are the central nervous system for our global sales team. In this role, you'll ensure our entire go -to -market engine runs with precision and speed. You'll be the expert ensuring our sales data is pristine, our territories are perfectly aligned, and our team has the access and support they need to succeed every single day. This isn't just about closing tickets; it's about enabling revenue, ensuring data integrity, and building the operational foundation for our AI -driven future. Your Impact & What You'll DoOwn the Engine: You will own and streamline the daily support queue, becoming the trusted, go -to expert for our global sales and SDR teams.Guarantee Data Integrity: You'll meticulously manage account/opportunity ownership and create new accounts, ensuring zero friction in the sales cycle.Enable the Team: You will execute daily and monthly user management, from critical SDR territory alignments to new user role provisioning, ensuring everyone has the right access at the right time.Drive Future Innovation: You'll collaborate with operations leaders to identify patterns, generate insights from sales data, and explore how new tools and AI can automate and optimize our processes. You have 2 -3 years of hands -on experience and are completely comfortable managing case queues, updating fields, transferring ownership, and building basic reports. You Love Data & Details. You're an intermediate+ wizard in Excel or Google Sheets. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas are your tools for finding answers and ensuring accuracy.You're a Clear & Proactive Communicator.
