Facebook Media Buyer – Job Description
Location: Remote
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Contractor
Reports To: Director of Customer Support

Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and highly competent Facebook Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You'll be working with battle-tested ads and frameworks, but you must be fluent in Ads Manager and confident in media buying at a professional level. This is not a learning role — we need someone who can execute and optimize with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Launch and manage ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager using existing proven ad templates and SOPs
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and proactively suggest/test optimizations
Execute creative split tests (headlines, visuals, copy, CTAs) within the system constraints
Maintain campaign organization and naming conventions
Set up custom audiences, lookalikes, exclusions, and retargeting flows
Collaborate with internal copy and strategy teams as needed
Report weekly with clear performance summaries and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:
3 years managing Facebook Ads with meaningful monthly ad spend
Deep understanding of campaign structures, pixel setups, events, conversions API, and attribution
Strong analytical skills — able to identify what's working and what's not quickly
Clear written communication and a reliable, detail-oriented mindset
Experience with lead generation for luxury home improvement industries is a plus
