Position: Sales Manager - B2B Division (Iconique RSC)
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and grow B2B sales operations for Iconique RSC.
- Lead market development initiatives, expanding into new markets while maintaining consistent sales with existing and potential clients across the Philippines.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, clinics, and retail partners.
- Lead, train, and develop the sales and marketing teams to drive performance and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance and Operations Department to ensure seamless business processes.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage and expand the national sales team and distribution network.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Monitor competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent Iconique RSC at industry events, client meetings, and trade exhibitions.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated.
- In-depth knowledge of the local skincare market and customer behavior.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and attend international trade exhibitions as needed.
