Customer Service Representative – Sales Account

Location: UPA Technohub, Quezon City

Salary Offer: Up to ₱28,000 per month

Start Date: September

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and goal-driven Customer Service Representatives for a Sales Account handling AU/US clients. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persuasive, and has a strong background in customer support and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
  • Promote and sell products or services based on customer needs
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer service standards

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Amenable to work onsite at UPA Technohub, Quezon City
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
