JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for ensuring precise layout and elevation control throughout all phases of construction. This role plays a critical part in translating design plans into physical benchmarks on-site, coordinating with survey teams, project engineers, and construction crews to maintain accuracy in alignment, dimensions and levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications to determine appropriate layout and grade requirements.
  • Establish horizontal and vertical control points using surveying instruments (e.g., total stations, GPS, levels)
  • Set benchmarks, line offsets, and elevations for roads, utilities, foundations, and other infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education

  2. High School Diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.

  3. Experience

  4. 2+ years of experience in construction surveying or line and grade layout.

  5. Technical Competencies ("Know-how")

  6. Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment (total station, GPS, auto level, etc.)

  7. Strong understanding of Civil Construction plans and grading specifications.
  8. with experience on building with precast panels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
