  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer
  • Must have at least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in Project Management and QAQC for Land Development works.
  • The candidate must be willing to be assigned in Metro Manila or any part of South Luzon
  • Computer literate (MS Windows Applications); Generalist with management skills; Updated with current developments and advancement in engineering and architectural technology; Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; With good interpersonal relation skills.
  • Trustworthy, loyal, dependable, meticulous, and systematic in approach; With extreme patience, persistence, and flexibility in the course of work implementation and in the achievement of goals; Has a high level of energy and motivation; Must be decisive, assertive, and effective in problem-solving; With good moral character and professional integrity.
  • Must have a driver's license and know how to drive a motorcycle
  • Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite
  • Can start immediately
