The Product Manager influences the organization's HCM application offering by identifying potential products, conducting market research, documenting requirements, and managing release timelines. This role is an integral part of the team, responsible for defining detailed specifications for features and functionality outlined in the product roadmap. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Product Manager and will be able to clearly understand and articulate software features into detailed specifications used by the Development team for software delivery.

Skills & Abilities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

  • At least 3 years of combined experience serving as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst
  • Experience designing and implementing HR and related technologies, including HRIS, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Benefits Enrollment
  • Previous PEO experience is preferred
  • Prior HRP/PrismHR knowledge is a plus
  • Prior SaaShr WFR experience is preferred

  • Ability to actively participate in customer engagements, follow direction, collaborate with customers, and contribute to technical planning

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Working knowledge of software development methodologies

Certification & Licenses

Project Management Professional certification is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
