Role Description

As a Product Engineer at Bladegrass, you will play a key role in shaping innovative digital solutions by bridging technology, market insights, and user needs. You'll take part in the end-to-end process of developing and managing technology products—ensuring that each solution is aligned with both business goals and customer requirements..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) presentations.
  • Manage and enhance the solution portfolio by collaborating closely with internal teams and external technology partners.
  • Oversee Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for the assigned portfolio, ensuring consistent improvement and innovation.
  • Perform technical solution scoping to ensure that all customer requirements are effectively addressed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably holds a technical degree (e.g., in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields), though applicants from other academic backgrounds are welcome.
  • Possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative, proactive, and eager-to-learn mindset.
