The
Reports Analyst
will be responsible for the development and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for specified line of business in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
:


• Converts raw data into useful information for Operation's review, provides analysis of data to help Operations in improving efficiency and meet the standards/goals of the company, submits all needed data in a timely manner


• Responsible for pulling data from multiple systems, consolidating data, and preparing reports to be used by the Operations Team


• Review and validate reports to ensure accuracy, analyze data to make recommendations to improve performance


• Monitors agent's performance and provides feedback to Operations


• Proactively works with all areas of Operations to identify opportunities to apply new operation strategies

Qualifications
:


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Macro Programming


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in macro development is highly preferred for automating tasks


• Strong written communication skills, excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence construction


• Keen to details, strong analytical skill, flexible, process oriented, optimistic, and goal oriented


• Can work with minimal supervision


• Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
