About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Azalea Hotels & Residences. In this full-time position based in Baguio City, Benguet, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
- Handling a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meeting logistics
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Supporting special projects in Sales and Marketing and other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage
