About the role
Acquire Intelligence Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will be part of our dynamic hybrid work setup, with the opportunity to work both remotely and in our modern office space located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Actively listening to customer concerns, identifying their needs, and offering appropriate solutions
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously improving your product knowledge and staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures
- Contributing to a positive and productive work environment by demonstrating a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to work both remotely and in the office
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not required
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
