About the role

We are looking for an experienced and talented Grant Writer to join our dynamic team at the ONE PLANET ONE EARTH FOUNDATION INC'. As a Grant Writer, you will play a crucial role in securing funding for our impactful environmental and community development initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Research and identify relevant grant opportunities that align with the foundation's mission and strategic goals
2. Craft compelling grant proposals that effectively communicate the need, objectives, and anticipated impact of our projects
3. Collaborate with program teams to gather necessary information and data to support grant applications
4. Maintain a robust pipeline of grant submissions and monitor the status of pending applications
5. Ensure timely submission of grant reports and follow-up requirements
6. Continuously explore new funding sources and stay informed of industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Nonprofit Management
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or a similar role in the non-profit sector
3. Demonstrated success in securing grants from a variety of sources, including government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors
4. Excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills to craft compelling and persuasive grant proposals
5. Strong project management and time management skills to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
6. Familiarity with grant application processes, reporting requirements, and database management
7. Passion for the environment and community development, with a commitment to the foundation's mission and values
