Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.

- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.

- Promote employee engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, recognition programs, team-building activities).

2. Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Supervise the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.

- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.

- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions (if applicable).

3. Performance Management:

- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and providing guidance to managers.

- Track employee performance metrics and support development plans.

- Address underperformance issues and recommend corrective actions.

4. Compliance & Policies:

- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws.

- Update and communicate company policies, handbook, and procedures.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy.

5. Compensation & Benefits:

- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation reviews.

7. HR Administration:

- Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy.

- Prepare reports on HR metrics (turnover, headcount, recruitment stats).

- Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

3–5 years in HR roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of labor laws.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
