Job SummaryThe Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to deliver actionable insights. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, translating those into technical solutions, and integrating AI-powered capabilities such as natural language processing and predictive analytics. Responsibilities:Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that incorporate artificial intelligence algorithms to provide actionable insights.

Work with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop machine learning models using tools like Python and integrate them into Power BI dashboards and reports. Create natural language processing models to enable data exploration using voice or text queries.

Implement security and data access controls to ensure data integrity and privacy. Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability. Collaborate with other developers and data analysts to ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Qualifications and Requirements:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience in building and deploying machine learning models. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, outliers, and key business insights from complex data sets.

Experience in applying advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems. Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, translating data into actionable business insights.

Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and high-quality visualizations in Power BI.Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are clear, actionable, and precise. Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve data-related issues in Power BI and Python. Screening Criteria:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Minimum of three (3) years of Experience working with Microsoft Power BI, DAX and Power QueryMust have a stable employment story.
