We are looking for a Radiologist who will bring diagnostic excellence, clinical insight, and compassion to every case—helping ensure early detection, accurate interpretation, and patient-centered care across our clinics.

Your Mission

I. Diagnostic Imaging & Interpretation

  • Perform and interpret imaging studies including mammograms, ultrasounds, and X-rays, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based reports.
  • Issue structured diagnostic reports using Kindred's EMR system, providing clear and actionable findings.
  • Recommend further imaging or diagnostic procedures (e.g., CT, MRI) as clinically appropriate to support comprehensive evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with OB-GYNs, surgeons, and other specialists to integrate imaging findings into holistic patient care plans.
  • Support early detection and diagnosis of breast, gynecologic, and reproductive health conditions.

II. Clinical Collaboration & Quality Assurance

  • Partner with the Medical Affairs and Clinic Operations teams to refine imaging protocols for women's health, breast screening, and reproductive diagnostics.
  • Participate in case reviews, audits, and multidisciplinary discussions to continuously improve diagnostic accuracy and safety.
  • Provide clinical guidance to ensure proper triage and referral of patients based on imaging outcomes.

III. Continuous Learning & Best Practice Development

  • Contribute to Kindred's commitment to clinical excellence by sharing expertise and supporting peer learning across the medical team.
  • Stay updated with emerging standards and technologies in radiology, women's health, and preventive diagnostics.
What We're Looking For
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) with an active PRC license
  • Board-Certified Radiologist with experience in mammography, ultrasound, and general diagnostic imaging
  • At least 5 years of diagnostic experience, ideally in women's health or primary care settings
  • Proficient in digital imaging systems and EMR tools
  • Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic precision, and collaborative mindset
  • Compassionate communicator committed to patient education and early detection
