Qualification Requirements:

*At least 2 years in College.

*2 to 3 years experience.

*Must have experience in operating CNC machines.

*With basic knowledge of Wirecut machine, and conventional Lathe/Milling machine.

*Ability to work on a wide variety of complex parts from drawings.

*Must have a basic understanding of CNC machining work and tool offset.

*Basic knowledge of GD&T.

*Must be able to identify critical blueprint dimensions.

*Solid written and verbal communication skills.

*Basic computer skills.

*Proficient in Math.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Set-up the Machine on a flexible basis to ensure optimum output throughout the production area.

*Troubleshoot and optimize new production programs to ensure efficient overall production.

*Produce jigs and fixtures that improve productivity.

*To select, regrind or reshape appropriate cutting tools as indicated in the CNC setting given by the CNC Milling programmer.

*To perform dry running of CNC program before the start of the operation.

*Inspect the finish good product and make some adjustments if necessary to meet the drawing given tolerance.

*To be productively aware of workload and plan, tooling requirements for future jobs ensuring minimum downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
