As a Market Research Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of research projects-managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of insights. You will drive operational efficiency while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ensure project milestones are met with precision.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM
Salary: PHP 100,000 to PHP 130,000
Work setup: Permanent work-from-home

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong desire for continuous learning.
• 2.5 years of experience in project management and/or business operations with a record of high performance and growing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success building positive relationships within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically to anticipate challenges and solve problems proactively.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive, responsive self-starter committed to providing outstanding service and delivering high-quality results.
• Mindset focused on efficiency, optimization, and creating value through better processes.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management and/or survey platforms a plus but not required ).
• Must have graveyard shift experience

Your Daily Tasks

Project Management

• Create and maintain timelines for all research projects from kickoff to report delivery
• Monitor incoming project requests and lead initial planning to align with team capacity and timing
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates proactively to stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage external vendors and contractors

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• Act as a liaison between Partner Success, Insights, Operations, and Analytics to ensure alignment on project milestones
• Provide timely updates on project status and progress to stakeholders

Resource & Capacity Management

• Assess project phases for complexity and resource requirements
• Adjust plans to balance team workloads
• Monitor project priorities to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions

Project Data & Reporting

• Report project data accurately, including timelines, assignments, time tracking, fielding results, and vendor expenses
• Validate post-project costs to ensure all expenses are captured and recorded
• Analyze project performance against benchmarks to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Lead and support cross-functional process improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with department leads to implement and operationalize process changes

Support Functions

• Support Partner Success in project conversions
• Facilitate early-stage planning and hand off projects smoothly to execution teams

Quality Control & Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of key project milestones
