Full job description

A Kaiyi Parts Expediter expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling of stock, identifying and cataloguing parts and its components, ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, or pricing and selling parts
  • Assist claiming of Parts and updating OTC customers.
  • Keeps work are clean and organized
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Automotive course graduate or any 2-year vocational course.
  • With basic or advance knowledge in Automotive Parts
  • Average computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic communication skills
  • Diligent and Honest
