Product Planning and Inventory Control Leader

Responsible for overseeing the quality products of services in the company. They must ensure that products meet the specified standards, and all the Quality Control leaders and inspectors adhere to quality control procedures. As PPIC, planning the production of a company in advance for the manufacturing process and controlling the raw materials in the inventory needed for producing finished goods.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Production Planning, creating and maintaining production schedules, often based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management, Monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring timely replenishment of materials to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Data Analysis, utilizing data analysis to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize production processes.
  • Reporting, preparing reports on production, inventory, and other relevant metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assisting Impex Officer for the quantity and documentation to be send in the chat group of PTC–BOC.
  • Supervising the parts controller in packing the finished goods to be delivered in the customers.
  • Coordinating to the suppliers regarding tools and equipment needed in the production area.
  • Documenting total quantity of the deliverable goods.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
