MINI TRUCK DRIVER

LOCATION: PARANAQUE

Pay: ₱17, ₱20,000.00 per month

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a 4-wheel closed van (mini truck) to transport goods to various locations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods based on delivery schedules.

  • Safely load and unload items, ensuring that all cargo is properly secured and handled with care.

  • Review and verify delivery documents such as invoices, delivery receipts, and packing lists.

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on the van (fuel, oil, tire pressure, brakes, etc.).

  • Report any vehicle issues or concerns to the supervisor for prompt maintenance or repair.

  • Comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper functioning of the vehicle.

  • Keep a detailed log of working hours, routes taken, and delivery records.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and clients as needed.

  • Assist with warehouse operations if necessary, including loading/unloading of goods.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Driver's License (with restrictions allowing the operation of light commercial vehicles).

  • At least 2 years of experience driving 4-wheel closed vans or similar light commercial vehicles.

  • Strong understanding of traffic laws and road safety guidelines.

  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects during loading/unloading.

  • Knowledge of Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces.

  • Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Must be willing to work in Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, and occasionally other areas within Metro Manila.
