Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, lead a team of finance professionals, and drive process efficiency through the use of NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial planning, and reporting, combined with proven leadership and system implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
  • Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and tax requirements.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance and accounting staff.
  • Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the finance team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Systems and Process Management
  • Manage and optimize financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite—including configuration, reporting, and integration with other tools.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes.
  • Partner with IT and operations teams to maintain data integrity across platforms.
Strategic Planning and Analysis
  • Support executive management with financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Develop and track key financial KPIs to measure business performance.
  • Participate in long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.
Reporting and Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain and enforce internal controls and risk management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite ERP—including financial modules, reporting, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and business operations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
