  • Support the on-going optimization and maintenance of our processing lines, which

include but not limited to screw conveyors, vertical form fill seal machines, and

vibratory separators.
- Participate in the planning and execution of equipment upgrades for our processing

lines, ensuring compatibility with existing manual and/or semi-automatic operations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team, production department, and quality assurance

department to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues impacting production

efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all mechanical equipment.
- Prepare technical reports, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and participate in the procurement of spare parts and equipment as needed.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team in the routine inspection of production

machines.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team in dealing with unplanned breakdown and

repairs.
- Participate in job orientation of newly hired production workers to ensure they follow

and understand the work instruction in compliance with food safety.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment

preferably from an ISO certified company.
- Experience working with powder products, screw conveyors, VFFS machines, pneumatic

conveying is a plus.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in AutoCaD or SketchUp (preferred).
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
