About the Role

The Manager, Risk Intelligence and Analytics (IRM) will be responsible for developing and maintaining data-driven insights that strengthen the organization's information risk management strategies. This role combines expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and information risk to support leadership decision-making through dashboards, trend analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize key risk metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify, analyze, and monitor information risk indicators across business units
  • Support risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting by providing accurate and timely analytics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Technology, Audit, Compliance, and Operations) to improve risk data quality and reporting processes.
  • Translate complex risk and data findings into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Automate recurring risk reporting processes using tools like Python and SQL where applicable.
  • Support the development of frameworks and methodologies for Information Risk Management (IRM).

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Risk Management, Risk Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI — capable of building and managing complex dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Solid understanding of risk management principles, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Python for automation and data analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Background in general risk management, audit, or compliance.
  • Experience in data governance, information security, or enterprise risk systems.
  • Exposure to global risk frameworks such as ISO 27001, COSO, or NIST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php140,000.00 per month
