Position: Assistant Boiler Supervisor

Job Rank/Grade: Supervisory

Department: Production Department

Work Location: Feedmix – Pulilan

II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Reports to: Boiler Supervisor

III. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible in assisting the Boiler Supervisor in monitoring the daily activities of boiler.

  2. Assists the Boiler Supervisor in maintaining and monitoring all concerns in the boiler.

  3. Assists in the collection of relevant data and prepare reports regarding daily output, machine status, and efficiency.

  4. Do other duties as required by the Boiler Supervisor.

IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background: BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (must be licensed)

Requirements/Skills:

  • Has strong knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical systems, maintenance operations, and safety procedures
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to supervise daily operations, coordinate tasks efficiently, and support team performance
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule and extended hours
