Job Summary :
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring team performance through training and motivation. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth and market expansion.
The key responsibilities will be :
Create and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Train and develop sales team members. Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for Management. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.
Work closely with the Marketing to align strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
· or more years of experience in automotive sales and 2 or more years as secondary distributor promoter.
· Familiarity with the automotive sales market in various regions of the Philippines.
· Willingness to undertake long-term travel
· Priority given to candidates with a certain level of secondary dealer resources.
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Chinese-speaking ability is a plus.
