Position Title: HR & Admin AssociateJob Summary
The HR & Admin Associate manages daily human resource and administrative operations of the company. This role oversees recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, timekeeping, employee relations, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient people and office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of requirements and orientations.
- Maintain, update, and organize employee 201 files and HR records (physical and digital).
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and timekeeping records.
- Coordinate payroll preparation by compiling attendance and payroll-related data with Accounting.
- Address employee concerns and inquiries and coordinate resolution with management when needed.
- Implement and communicate company policies, rules, and HR procedures.
- Organize and support training activities, orientations, and HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Manage general administrative tasks related to HR and office operations as required.
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and government-mandated filings (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes) as needed.
- Assist in performance review processes and documentation.
- Maintain HR and office-related reports, dashboards, and records for management review.
- Support employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and company events.
Qualifications
- At least college level; Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, HR processes, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead HR and admin functions independently.
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with coordination across departments.
Reporting Line
- Reports to Management / HR Head
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
