Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales and Audit Inventory Officer to support our daily sales operations and ensure accurate, well-maintained inventory records. This role is responsible for validating sales reports, monitoring stock movements, conducting audits, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in inventory or sales audit processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Monitoring & Verification

  • Review and verify daily sales reports from branches or teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales transactions, returns, voids, and discounts.
  • Monitor variances and discrepancies, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare consolidated sales summaries and reports.

Inventory Management & Audit

  • Conduct regular inventory audits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels, stock transfers, and item movements across locations.
  • Investigate discrepancies between system and physical counts.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations for stock adjustments and documentation.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated sales and inventory records.
  • Prepare audit findings and submit inventory and sales reports to management.
  • Ensure all documentation follows company standards and audit requirements.

Coordination & Compliance

  • Work closely with the operations team for sales-related concerns and inventory oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit procedures.
  • Assist in process improvements to strengthen sales and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years experience in sales auditing, inventory control, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and sales audit principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision; trustworthy and organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Saturday; full work on site

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
