Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong business relationships with our top enterprise customers by monitoring their use of our software and conducting regular business reviews

  • Own the customer as the primary point of contact, define a success plan with deliverables, and ensure clear communication across all activities of the customer's after-sales journey

  • Be consultative, build credibility, relationships, and influence C-level stakeholders

  • Be passionate about the products, understand the features to excellently deliver customer goals

Skills Needed:

  • Great time management skills and can deliver results with urgency

  • Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.

  • Focused on delivering results with minimal supervision

  • Must be good in English

  • Familiarity with or Freshworks products is a plus.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions in general is also a plus.

Requirements

  • This is a hybrid setup and requires you to go to the office, client meetings, or events (2 to 3 days working onsite).

  • Minimum of 2 weeks onsite training

  • Have a proper laptop and headset or earphones.

  • Have a stable Internet connection.

  • Have a space that is not noisy.

  • Residing in Metro Manila

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
