
Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities:
Maintain strong business relationships with our top enterprise customers by monitoring their use of our software and conducting regular business reviews
Own the customer as the primary point of contact, define a success plan with deliverables, and ensure clear communication across all activities of the customer's after-sales journey
Be consultative, build credibility, relationships, and influence C-level stakeholders
Be passionate about the products, understand the features to excellently deliver customer goals
Skills Needed:
Great time management skills and can deliver results with urgency
Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
Focused on delivering results with minimal supervision
Must be good in English
Familiarity with or Freshworks products is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions in general is also a plus.
Requirements
This is a hybrid setup and requires you to go to the office, client meetings, or events (2 to 3 days working onsite).
Minimum of 2 weeks onsite training
Have a proper laptop and headset or earphones.
Have a stable Internet connection.
Have a space that is not noisy.
Residing in Metro Manila
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
