Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in Pasig. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing legal advice. They will also assist in contract management, litigation support, and corporate governance. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Providing Legal Advice skills
• Experience in Compliance, Contract Management, and Corporate Governance
• Litigation Support and Analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law, and a valid Philippine law license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the media or investment industry is a plus
