Facilities Maintenance Assistant is responsible for routine maintenance, equipment repair, preventive maintenance, facility upkeep, emergency response, inventory management, safety compliance, documentation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Support facility upkeep through minor repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; ensure timely restocking.
  • Follow safety protocols and report hazards or compliance issues.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Coordinate with team members and external vendors to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with technical / vocational diploma.
  • Must have valid training - TESDA NC II Certificate or equivalent.
  • Licensure in Registered Master Electrician.
  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in repairing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Can do equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, facility upkeep, emergency response, inventory management, safety compliance and documentation.
  • With motorcycle is preferred
