Qualification

Certification in fiber optics (e.g., FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technician).
Experience with both aerial and underground cable deployments.
Basic understanding of network design and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High school diploma or technical/vocational training in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in outside plant (OSP) telecom work.
Proficiency in fiber splicing, termination, and testing.
Knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, including aerial and underground deployments.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
