Overview:We are seeking an experienced DLP Manager to lead and evolve our global data protection strategies. This position is responsible for ensuring sensitive data is safeguarded against loss, exposure, or misuse across a complex international environment. The role will collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage technical oversight of enterprise DLP technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the continuous improvement of the Data Loss Prevention program and security operations. Oversee DLP technology deployment and vendor coordination. Align data protection measures with business needs and regulatory expectations.
Develop internal security policies and procedures aligned with best practices. Deliver executive-level reports on data protection posture. Requirements:Degree in Computer Science or related experience.5+ years in cybersecurity, with specific experience in DLP management.
Strong background in tools like Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Microsoft SC-400) preferred. Demonstrated success managing enterprise security teams and vendor relationships.
Clear communication and leadership skills across global teams.
