The IT Project Manager leads the planning and execution of IT projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery in alignment with business objectives. The role ensures compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards, managing risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication. The IT Project Manager also drives continuous improvement in project practices and supports the integrity of the organization's ISMS and QMS frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) as appropriate.
  • Track project performance and report progress, milestones, and deliverables t0 management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder and Team Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and address deviations from scope, cost, or timeline.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security, data privacy, and organizational policies.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and optimal resource utilization.
  • Prepare and present financial and progress reports to management.

Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables comply with QMS and ISMS standards.
  • Implement change control processes and maintain accurate project records.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to project management practices, tools, and templates.
  • Contribute to the organization's digital transformation initiatives and IT governance framework

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transition management, project management, or a related field.
  • Profound knowledge of transition and change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in risk management and quality assurance practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and leadership qualities.
  • Effective under pressure with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be willing to work during US time zone
