Job Description

The Sales Officer plays a role in expanding Pepa Wings' network and driving external commissary sales. This position is responsible for acquiring new franchise partners, nurturing leads, and closing franchise deals, while also developing external business opportunities for commissary products with corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers. The officer will serve as a key driver of revenue growth, brand expansion, and long-term partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

External Commissary Sales

  • Secure external clients for commissary products (corporate accounts, hotels, restaurants, cafés, institutional buyers, distributors).
  • Conduct client visits, product sampling, and presentations tailored to specific needs.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and secure repeat orders.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Franchise Sales & Expansion

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective franchisees through inquiries, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct franchise presentations, discovery meetings, and product/brand orientations.
  • Assist prospects in understanding the franchise program, requirements, and investment structure.
  • Guide franchise applicants through the sales funnel — from lead nurturing to contract signing.
  • Maintain updated franchise sales pipeline and reporting.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Research and identify new market opportunities for both franchise and commissary products.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, franchise expos, networking events, and B2B fairs.
  • Build strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales performance reports to management.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for both franchise and commissary.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, contracts, and client communications.
  • Regularly submit progress reports and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor payment schedules and coordinate with Finance for timely billing and collection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
