Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Agent (SA) to promote and sell our Aesthetic (Botulinum Toxin) or Cardiometabolic (Rosuvastatin + Ezetimibe combination) products in the designated region.

The SA will be responsible for executing the sales strategy, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a contract-based position with a commission-based payment structure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement

· Implement the sales strategy and activities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets for our Aesthetic (Botulinum Toxin) or Cardiometabolic (Rosuvastatin + Ezetimibe combination) products in the assigned region. (Luzon, Mindanao, Visayas)

· Monitor sales performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth.

· Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.

2. Customer Engagement

· Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clinic doctors, practitioners, and other key decision-makers.

· Regularly visit clients to provide product updates, training, and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.

3. Product Promotion

· Promote the features and benefits of the products to prospective and existing clients.

· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions as needed.

· Address customer questions and concerns with accurate product knowledge and professionalism.

4. Market Insight

· Gather and analyze customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry trends.

· Provide timely market insights to the Sales Manager to support strategic planning and marketing initiatives.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using CRM tools.

Key Qualifications:

· Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or healthcare industry.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers effectively.

· Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take ownership of your sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience: Previous work experience in the aesthetic field or clinic sales is highly preferred.

· Clinic Sales Experience: Experience in sales within a clinic setting will be an advantage.

· Business Registration: BIR-registered sole proprietor preferred. Applicants who are not yet registered must be willing to complete their registration prior to contract signing.
