Job description:

Selling and Customer Management

  1. Greets customers entering/ordering inside the store

  2. Enhances customer experience by following "S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You

  3. Implements the standard COCOPAN selling process

  4. Engages the customer with full attention and ask for their orders

  5. Uses proper procedure to ensure the accuracy of every order for every customer (Example: repeating customer's order when it is presented to them)

  6. Answers to customers' questions, queries and provide information (as per inquiry of the customers)

  7. Performs effective suggestive selling and upselling of complementary products and promo offers

  8. Follows all Operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products according to training and instructional materials provided

  9. Completes all ordered items and lines it up per transaction for pos check out

  10. Attends to customer complaints politely and ensures action and resolution is done immediately in accordance to set company standards

Cashiering Function

  1. Secures cashier's fund and performs cash count at the start of the shift

  2. Performs cashiering activities and uses own password only and does not share it with anyone

  3. Transacts all items ordered by the customer, offers new products as add on sales

  4. Receives payment by cash, e-wallet, or other accepted forms of payment

  5. Issues receipts, refunds or change due to customer

  6. Informs Shift Leader or Store Manager for any transactions that may require void or deletion to facilitate system access

  7. Performs cash drop or partial sales endorsement of every P2,000 to the Shift Leader or Store Supervisor

  8. Report excess, over and/or inadequate, shortages in cash/sales after shift and/or after counting money or sales from the POS

  9. Accomplishes cashier's accountability report daily and submits with complete attachment as required by the Head Office

  10. Ensures cashiers fund are intact with adequate loose coins and bills for change

  11. Performs bank deposits

  12. Ensures cash handling procedures are properly implemented

  13. Keeps record and is accountable for store funds while running a shift

  14. Assist in accounting and banking responsibilities

  15. Assist in preparing daily sales report and analysis
