About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented On the Job Trainee (OJT) - Artist to join our dynamic team at RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION'. As an OJT Artist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in the exciting field of advertising, arts and media. This is a casual work type position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting our in-house design team with various creative projects, including digital art, illustrations, and graphic design
  2. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas to enhance the visual identity and appeal of our clients' campaigns
  3. Gaining experience in the full creative process, from conceptualisation to final production
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality creative assets
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant design or arts-related program
  2. Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for design, with a portfolio showcasing your creative abilities
  3. Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  5. A passion for the advertising, arts and media industry and a desire to learn and grow
