Legado Car Sales, Inc. (LCS) is part of the group of companies owned by Governor Luis Crisologo Singson, with Mr. Wilbert Ang Lim as the President and CEO, and Ms. Regina Singson Lim as the CFO.

On October 2018, LCS became the first official retailer of GAC Motor which was officially launched in the Philippines under the exclusive distributorship. Fast forward to 2023, the company also started catering to a greener future and affordable mobility with its new collaboration with DongFeng Motors (DFM). This is to provide the Filipinos a budget-friendly, eco-friendly, and high-efficient electric vehicle (EV).

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Description:

• Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.
• Ensures that new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer's satisfaction on overall dealership experience.
• Procure service appointments of clients via telephone calls and emails.
• Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same.
• Assist the branch on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers.
• Maintains database, spreadsheets and other medium set for daily update and reporting.
• Submits reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline.
• Assist the Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
• Maintains an accurate and efficient file of customer data.
• Assist in telemarketing for various promo and events.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
• Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company
• Able to communicate and empathize with clients
• Preferably with experience in doing outbound telemarketing
• Fluent in English, Filipino and local dialect
• Proficient with computer applications
• Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-Oriented
• Promotes company through effective customer relations and good will.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive aftersales or service experience.
• With experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
